BIO BEX-A project aims to provide a fully digital and centrally controlled station for sludge treatment based on data analysis. The main objective is to reduce contamination caused by waste sludge resulting from water treatment plants, dehydrating them up to 40% more than other systems available on the market. In this way, the deposit of sludge in natural environments without proper treatment is prevented, which helps in the fight against climate change.
BIO BEX-A was conceived as a service for the treatment of residual sludge that operates through instrumentation and digital control technology capable of analyzing the type of compound to be treated, salinity, and pH, among other parameters, to later use the pressure and temperature suitable for dewatering these sludges. This makes it possible to separate toxic waste, which is then disposed of, from clean water.
