This project presents a new approach to cognitive rehabilitation that combines artificial intelligence to make a characterization and accurate prognosis, followed by personalization of treatment through the creation of parameterized tasks in the domains of attention, memory, executive functions and language. This personalized training is implemented on a web platform that allows autonomous training and is monitored by a medical team. The advantage is not only being able to respond for a longer time and in a personalized way but also the possibility of monitoring patients and their evolution after being discharged from the hospital.
